On July 24, the third "Zhi Hui San Jiang Yuan·Help New Qinghai" talent project negotiation conference's "Project + Talent + Platform" technology talent introduction special signing ceremony was held in Xining, Qinghai. Experts and leaders from 13 universities and enterprises outside the province, including the Planning and Design Institute of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, Jiangsu University, Tianjin University of Science and Technology, as well as experts from 13 universities, scientific research institutes, and enterprises in Qinghai Province such as Qinghai University, Qinghai Provincial Academy of Building Materials Science Research Co.Ltd.and Qinghai Xiadu Pharmaceutical Co.Ltd participated in the signing event through a combination of online and offline methods.
